The relationship

Elev8 provides concierge medical services, including physician consultations, IV therapy, and travel medical coordination, under the terms of your specific membership tier (Essential, Elite, or Private Family) as described on our pricing page.

Membership

Scope of care

Elev8 provides concierge medical services and does not replace emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

All clinical recommendations are made at the discretion of the treating physician, consistent with the Elev8 standard of judgment over intervention — including the right to decline services that are not medically appropriate.
